I'll be happy to finish my half-Ironman bike in four hours. In fact, at this point I'm hoping that I can swim fast enough to give me the extra time I need just so that they don't disqualify me for going too slow on the bike course. Holy cow. So big day tomorrow. In about 10 hours I will be riding the half-Ironman race course with my friend. I am hoping that it takes under four hours, not including breaks. I think that is a realistic expectation, but I guess we'll see!

Wow. I really like running. This morning was our bike class. We warmed-up, did 30 minutes at race pace, then did fast 4 laps around the track. The biking sucked, but I felt incredible as soon as we started running. Hooray! My garden is all dug up and mostly groomed for the planting. The cruise was fun. It was super great to spend time with my fam again. We went to Jamaica, Cayman Islands, and Cozumel, Mexico. The cruise was fun, but definitely not my style of traveling.
