I was riding on the back of a tractor hauling a trailer load of rocks. We were going down a hill and the tractor/trailer jacknifed. I jumped off when I saw the tractor was going to flip, but my friend who was driving it stayed in. He got thrown out and rolled along the ground.

Probably not very intense by description but seeing someone almost crushed in person was pretty crazy!

The only thing that comes to mind is seeing a girl have a seizure on the side of the road. It was frightening.
