Yeah. I totally see what you mean. It's either going to be a big hit, or its going to flop. The money HAS to be there, or else its going to fail, miserably. I guess the only light of hope we have is that Spielberg has a "personal interest" in the project, which has to be a good sign right?

What music did he do? I'm not that familiar with composers.

Ghost in the Shell is my favorite anime. Spielberg better do a good job...or heads will roll.

They better not fucking cast Angeline Jolie as the Major. Michelle Yeoh maybe? And Batou better not have eyes or I will be pissed! Batou would be a hard cast too.

I would want to see an unknown play Togusa.

Aramaki - Richard Dreyfuss maybe? I loved him as the Wizard in Tin Man.

I remember a friend and I made a list of potential actresses years ago...sadly Angeline was on that list. However, I was thinking it over today....maybe Katee Sachoff from BSG would be good.

I dunno...I don't trust Hollywood. If they don't use Japanese actors, it's gonna just be some shoot em up thing that sorta resembles GiTS.

I don't care if Steven Spielberg is directing - he could ruin this big time. In my humble opinion, leave it alone.
