I just got back from a track meet. It was pretty fun. I'm sorry I haven't updated in such a long time but I haven't really had time, plus I haven't had internet access. But I got a new school record in the 110 hurdles: 16.92! I'm really stoaked about that. But I got disqualified in the 300 meter hurdles b/c my coach said I was hitting hurdles
