Well it is been an interesting couple of weeks which has ended in 250 redundancies, mine being one of them. I have never had to do anything like this before and I hope I never have to do anything like this again. Pop passed away today. Although expected it was sudden as the hospital said they could give us a few days notice and in the end weren't able to. he was painfree though so this is a good thing and I had quality time with him on Sunday with Paul and Zac. Unsure of the funeral details as of yet, possibly early next week ( Read more... )

I had a phone call this morning that made me cry, it was Pop calling to say good morning! It was nice to cry because I was so happy! Apparently he woke at 4am and thought it was time to turn things around, so when the nurses came in at 6am apparently he was sitting up and chirpy and happy. They were so shocked ( Read more... )

Went and saw Pop last night and he has gone down hill fast. His lungs are full of liquid and he can't lay down. He looked terrible and we were sure he wasn't going to make it through the night. He has. Turns out he has Pneumonia. I would just like for him to go to sleep now and not wake up. Watching this man die is the hardest thing I have ever
