Hm, I don't make Italian food, either!

Maybe...gnocchi? All I remember from the food in Italy was that they had veal a lot, but maybe that was just the hotel where I was staying.

The cookbook of mine that I like is published by Parragon-they have an Italian food cookbook. Maybe if you Search Inside on Amazon and look at the index, you'd get some ideas? You should also be able to use Search Inside to see the pages of the things in the index, but I think if you do it a lot of times it gets upset. Still, worth a shot maybe. Italian omelet, perhaps?

Sorry, Italian is low on my list, too. I'll think over some alternatives.

Of course artichokes are good, and Minestrone is nearly always satisfying.

i was looking at several soup recipes that sounded interesting. if i decide to fix one of them, i'll post the recipe.

i love garlic, but there must be some spice i don't care for which goes in italian because i've just never really been fond of it.
