man. that was half hilarious, because of the idiocy of some people, and half really really pathetic, because of the idiocy of some people. oh brig-a-lig. i'm sorry you must work in such a crappy retail environment. might i recommend your store purchasing a huge hammer to swing onto the heads of the already brain dead, and a straight jacket for tying up the crazies.
