I had a nasty fight this evening... the thing about fighting and screaming and yelling is that you feel better and worse. They rarely improve the situation, but it does make you feel like you've expressed everything and you're not bottling things up. I guess this would be better accomplished in something like primal scream therapy.
So, I've been feeling crappy lately and I hate working. I'm seeing my doctor this thrusday about general health things, and about panic attacks. So what could make my anxiety better? Surely not having two of my coworkers off this month, in an office of 5 people. I'll have to work 10-14 hour shifts. One is off all of next week, then another is
