Screenface in Covent Garden is usually quite good for that sort of thing, their products are movie industry standard.

I suggest making your own. But it depends what it's for - if you want it to dry, then pop to Camden in that shop which is just before the Stables market area on the other side of the road. The shop that leads through down into the open area where they sell hair and nails and have a big rail of clothes. They have tubes of fake blood next to their make up bit in front of the cash register.

Or if it's for effects or photos: golden syrup. Red food colouring, just a few drops. You can make as much as you like and it's edible too! It doesn't stain your skin either. :)
