Milk doesn't go instantly bad at the due date, it just means that there is no guarantee after that. Also, you could have a spur of the moment late [lah-tae] party... you have that cappacino* maker, don't you? (*also, I have no idea how to spell that)
Oh, trust me, when milk says it has a due date, it HAS a due date! Last milk I had was due on a certain date and was fine up until then - two days after it was due it has curdles in it. Yuck!
I like that it's what that came out when you were trying to correct Jeff's spelling. :) Awesome. It seems to me that everyone needs to download the Firefox browser with the built-in spell-check!
As for what you could do with the milk, I second latte/cappuccino/hot chocolate party and baking!
Today a girl in my class claimed that her milk "smelled bad and tasted terrible"... THEN asked me to try it! I told her no, and that if she didn't like the way it tasted she could throw it out.
