The "Bake for 40 min." (apparently meant to be an additional 40 min. at a lower temperature of 350 degrees) and "Garnish with strawberries" lines are out of place. They should follow the "Bake for 15 min (at 425 degrees)" line.

I actually finaly figured that out, but i thought they certainly needed a proof reader, and that the person who did the pages is certainly not a cook!!

Sure, not that i was planning on making this recipe, just noticing it in the hunt for something slightly similar in a way, that we had during the Sundance.

Har! Funny stuff lady! I also want to point out something else that sounds wrong -- strawberries garnishing sweet potatoes? eeewww =S

I had not really thought about the garnish since i had not planned about cooking this, but yeah, the taste does sound right now a bit weird/different.
( and I would not be putting nuts in it either, but that is just me)
