I feel so upset and alone right now. (about my job) I had my "review" Tuesday, which wasn't a review at all. It was an opportunity for Bob to vent(who had already vented to Karen, my broker who intimidates the crap outta me) about EVERYTHING I do "wrong". I took everyone's advice. Sorry to hear things didn't go well... Look at this way, you learned a little about real estate, and got paid for it. You also learned that sales people are crappy bosses.

It doesn't seem like staying there much longer is in your best interests.

I will try and get some contact info for the right people at Brio so you can go in and talk with them. I barely know the new broker, he was there for less than a month before I moved up to Bothell, but he seemed pretty friendly. I think you'll find that Brio is much less "stuffy" than places like John L. Scott and Windermere. Plus the company is run by a bunch of people our age. ;)
