Since I quit drinking I feel very lonely and sad overall. There was some euphoria midway, I felt so damn empowered! I got through the physical pain and was proud of making a goal and sticking with it. But I've been going down these past few days...( blah blah woe is me... ) -

E would rather spend time drinking than with me. Even if this is hard to admit and brings forth anger, it has become apparent the past 5 days. I am cleaning up for my birthday and E doesn't have to, but standing me up for > 1 hour last night while drinking with a friend and getting right into the habit first thing today after work are reinforcing ( Read more... ) -
