My Classes are over! So the first half of the semester is over which means I am officially done with Art and Architecture as well as Culture and Society. This past week has been stressful with a paper and final on both yesterday and today. But it is all done and I can't change anything now. I spent the weekend in Adelaide and Kangaroo Island since I had a 4 day weekend. I ended up going with Mike, an SED major, and we had a ton of fun. Adelaide was kind of slow at least compared to Sydney and Melbourne. We were both expecting a little more of a city than it was. A lot has happened in the past few weeks. I went to my internship placement last Thursday to see if it was what I wanted. It is a private clinic with one PT (Nick) working there and right now he has 5 students (although only 2 of them will still be there when I start). I should be writing my 3 papers but I figured I would update first. This weekend I went on a field trip to Canberra, the capitol of Australia. It is in the middle of no where and is about 3 hours by bus away from Sydney. The only reason it is there is because Melbourne and Sydney wanted the capitol so they put it between the two. It is hard to believe that I have been in Australia for almost 2 weeks and have already finished a week of class (especially since BU is just beginning). The 2 class I am taking are okay I guess. Summer has been going by fast and it is hard to believe that it may be my last one in Lewisburg. I managed to find a job (after 10 applications and with the help of my Dad) as a physical therapy aide at Healthsouth Rehab hospital which is 25 min from my house.
