Classes officially ended last Tuesday although that was because we had a final that day (they had ended the week before).  BU had a big party for all of the interns last Tuesday night to celebrate the end with free food and drinks at a restaurant in Darling Harbour.  It was a lot of fun.  We had the leave around 10 but the party just moved to a ( Read more... )

This weekend I went to the Blue Mountains and had an amazing time.  I went with 2 girls that I work with (one from Queensland and one from George Washington Uni) for the full day on Saturday.  It isn't hard to get there all I had to do was take a 2hour train ride from the city and it only cost about $20.  Katoomba is a cute little town that has a ( Read more... )

The therapist I work with has been gone this week and it has actually been better working with the other PTs.  The only downside is that they are not as busy because they are not used to having students with them (especially 2 students).  Yesterday I think I saw 2 patients in the 6 hours I was at work because they were the only ones between 9:15 ( Read more... )

 The weeks just keep passing and I have less than a month left in Sydney now but there is so much I still want to see.  This weekend I went to Cairns with three other BU people.  We were basically the only people who didn't go to Cairns during Spring Break and still had money left to go.  The trip was awesome and a lot more relaxing than all of my ( Read more... )

 I have been at work for 4.5 hours and all I have done is 1 treatment. Oh well I have at least started my papers due on Friday.  The PT I work for doesn't work on Wed so it is kind of a free day at work.  I haven't quite figured out why we have to be here though.  It is fun to hang out with the other students though.
