OMG! I am so pissed at myself. I just totally binged. I had a terrible day and I just completely fell through the cracks. I was even gonna start over today. Oh well...I guess that tomorrow is a new day.

Went for a run with my dog for an hour. I feel great, but now I cramps because I just got my period. UGH! I took a motrin, but it's still not going away. It's a pain in the butt!

Oh Yeah!!! I finished my sacred heart diet and I lost a total of 14 pounds in 6 days. I am so happy! :) Time for another round of SHD. If I do good again I will make my goal. I probably won't lose as much, but I only have 7 more pounds for my goal. Keep up the good work ladies.
