So I decided to join orientation, get her a week early, follow the schedule and prepare for the new students. Didn't get a small group, which kinda bugged me, but I figure it's God saying I need to be more creative with how I meet more new people. Today I spent much of my time preparing to get ready for orientation. It's finally over--all summer I've been working, never feeling like I had time, but today is different. I slept in, and rook a nice warm shower, then came downstairs to do.... nothing. My last day for the summer season was yesterday (and yesterday and Monday I was on register!) I got another person to fill in my 5-8 shift so I could go home at five ( Read more... )

Today was a very emotional day. Work just seemed to complicate it, but right now I'm feeling pretty good. A lot of emotions have been going through me, and it was a rather unpleasant day. The last week or so has been a very.... odd time for me. The Friday thing was pretty good. Ben's friend arrived an hour late, but his girlfriend was nice and bowling was fun.
