Derek and I have been approved for our very first apartment! *much rejoicing* Derek will be able to move in the week he gets back and then I get to actually live there in June. I am soooo excited!

Praise Jesus for tax refunds (specifically, when they are set up as direct deposit and you had no clue what was comign to you - such a wonderful surprise)!! Ok, back to my all-consuming internship-class-work driven life. Will actually update about my life when I get the time... That should be about 3 weeks.

It's been a long time since I have updated this thing... Meh. I just got back from visiting my sister and nephew (6 months old) in New Mexico and I am super depressed. Ouch. If anybody ever tells you something like "hey, getting a tattoo on the top of your foot is really fun!" - beware. THEY ARE LYING TO YOU! Nobody actually told me it was fun, but they didn't tell me how much searing pain was involved either. I love my tattoo, don't get me wrong. My sister had her baby last night and he is so adorable!! His name is Braden Michael and yes, I have the cutest nephew ever born. He is 7 lbs and 15 ounces, and 21 1/4 inches long - yet another person in my family that will be taller than me. Big baby boy with beautiful blond hair and blue eyes. I bought my wedding dress this afternoon and then had dinner with my roommates at the Rain Forest Cafe in Downtown Disney... It was one of the best days I have had in quite a while.
