I'm glad I finally closed that door, because I turned around and found another door cracked open.. And when I walked through it, I found the Kristin I had been looking for.

I feel like myself again. Finally.

Damn I feel good!

Woke up around noon, and worked out for 2 hours. I'm finally getting some use out of this pitiful treadmill that is collecting dust in my guest bedroom. Every time I turn it on, it's a constant reminder of how out of shape I really am:
