Is anyone else having a difficult time wrapping their heads around this $700 billion bailout? It's my understanding that the US is under huge debt right now and this would be putting us that much more ($700 billion, to be exact) in debt. Life Changes
Well, I made it to Denver in 1 piece. My brother drove with me as far as Ohio and I did the rest, though I had the Twilight series on audiobook so it wasn't bad. I have 4 days left of work, then I go to Denver for the weekend, then I'm home for about 4 days, then I start the cross-country drive to Denver. Yes, in 2 weeks from today I'm going to be moving to Denver. It's fast but I'm glad it's going like this - I don't have time to second-guess myself. I'm moving to Denver! I found out on Wednesday that I got into the University of Denver with a scholarship and I have a month to pack up all my shizz and head out west. I'm ridiculously excited. I'm reading a surprisingly helpful book. Actually, it shouldn't be that surprising that it's helpful. It's called "Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity" by David Allen. FUN
I've had this idea for awhile that it would be really fun to open a bar with a 1920s speakeasy theme. Waiters and waitresses would be gangsters and flappers, you'd need a password to get in, no cover if you wear a costume, and there would be a ton of 1920s memorabilia on the walls.
