i'm off to the florida keys tomorrow for a week.  more excited about no work, no drama.  and i really won't miss my animals.  as long as everyone stays healthy while i'm gone i won't worry about them!  it'll be a break for me.  yay for vacation time. 

if anyone is still out there reading this...i am about to get a new laptop.  which will be coming w/ windows vista.  i've heard good and bad things.  i would like to get a scanner to start saving old pictures onto cds or flash drives, not sure yet.  but the printer i have is one of those portable ones that isn't that good at printing pictures ( ( Read more... )

Friday night I was able to go to the Lamb of God show w/ the Virus. It was a great show. I had a lot of fun. Lamb of God was awesome of course. Fear Factory was quite impressive as well. It's been forever since I've even been to a show. Can't wait until they come back again.

Ok so every now and then work isn't as bad as it usually is. We got to dress up on Saturday. Well I just pretended I was "Lita" but really it just gave me an excuse to wear what I wanted to. Something I never expected, I got a 100 on my term paper that I did the day it was due. The whole class got a lecture before the grades were handed out about following instructions, so I figured I did bad. ok so today i went to return my wireless router b/c it wouldn't work w/ verizon for some odd reason. why i didn't figure out how to fix the old one first i don't know. b/c i fixed the old router w/ some electrical tape. so that saves me $75. but my wireless card does work for my laptop at least. i go to the return counter so the girl asks, why ( Read more... )

Class wasn't so bad today. I have the one kind of professor that just jumps all over the place and must have 30 pages of notes that are in no order whatsoever.
