Okay...so I went from being structured and up-to date in my psych class (yesterday) to being behind and freaking out (today). I totalally missed two quizzes and have nearly no clue what I'm doing/supposed to do with my partner by next thursday. So I talked to a crusade staff person yesterday and it's been determined that I should wait another semester to be a leader for them. But in the meantime I can feel free to go to the main meeting, bible studies, and help on one or two of the teams. I want to fit in. I knew that from the first day I came here, but it didn't happen until saturday night/sunday. I was missing real, genuine, intimate friendships, being accepted for who I am--the way I am, and serving...really doing something to impact others. God has worked through me and the rest of the staff all summer to lead kids to Christ, bring them closer to it, and encourage the ones who already have to keep walking with Him/ challenge them to grow.
