As much as I hate to admit it, I’ve been feeling lonely for the past week. I really miss my boyfriend. I feel stupid and girly but every free moment he has had in the past week or two, he has spent with his friends. Yesterday was such a crazy day. I spend from 8AM till 2PM dealing with one particular problem for one employee. So sean and I have been working hard moving into our new place. We're still trying to find a truck or something to help with the bigger items. We will make it work though. We are excited. So my landlords out this HUGE for rent sign in front of our house. It is so annoying because people are looking in our windows and stopping us on the sidewalk to ask questions. The joke is on them because we have such a negative impression of our landlords that we don't have many nice things to say ( Read more... )

I know that it is the way of the world that everyone will eventually let you down. That is why I have worked so hard to be independent and self sufficient. But nothing can take the pain away when someone in your life let's you down for the first time. It makes you feel wounded, exposed and stupid.
But, I guess that is how we learn.
