Picked up my ring today. It looks nice. My Mom and Aunt took a ring my grandmother had that had two diamonds and decided to give it to the two granddaughters. Since I am the oldest I got my choice of the diamonds and took the nicer one. I took a picture to a local jeweler, plus looked at some of the catalogues of settings. I found a couple I

I read about the accident in the morning paper. I gather it wasn't his usual route but still, if I was driving a double decker bus, I'd be extra careful watching for low bridges.

The driver got lost, but he had done the route a couple of times. But he missed seeing several signs and warnings about the height restrictions. He either was in the wrong lane for the exit or got off the right exit/lane and missed his turnoff, but the signs for the Onondaga Lake Parkway say no tractor trailers and the height limit of 10 ft 9 inches, the alternate route is fine for oversize vehicles and the two are together at the exit, left lane for the Parkway, and right for Old Liverpool Road, signs are everywhere, and there is a flashing yellow warning light. It's just so very tragic.

:) Yeah the ring is nice. Even painted my nails today.

The accident was tragic, no reason for those 4 people to have died. It's the 3rd major accident on that road in the last month. First one was blames on road rage where a guy after being passed, tried to pass the other vehicle and hit another car head on causing the death of a lady. The other head on accident was a driver swerving because of an animal into the oncoming lane--that one had no major injuries. People need to be more aware of their surroundings when they drive. I'll be driving that road on my way top work tomorrow.
