I love how Cassie gets mad when no one hears her calling. Cats are so easily offended, just like little teenagers. "You didn't let me in? FINE. Then I won't GO in! See how you like THAT!"

Oh my God, yes! You move their favorite blanket in anyway, and you get the cold shoulder.

I'm glad this had a happy ending! Cassie's point of view was wonderful, as were her adventures. Alternating between the two of you worked really well. Good job!

Thank you. I was originally just going to write from Cassie's pov, but I got stuck. Alternating points of view helped it flow.

I like how you weaved the two views of what was happening - definitely helped with the progression of the story and kept it engaging.

Thank you! I had said this couple times (just now, catching up on comments), this originally was supposed to be all Cassie's pov. But I wasn't having luck that way.

Whew, I'm glad the ending was a happy one. The back and forth between the two narrators kept this engaging throughout.

Thank you! I'm glad for the happy ending, too! The house was so empty without her!

The back and forth perspective is a great device! I relate too well, I lost my marbles when my sweet feline made her great escape. She was nonchalant as you please when I found her.

Thank you!

Cats don't seem to care that you go through hell when they get out!
