How do you stress less?

Next week is gonna be mmaadd hell. I'm just not gonna think about all the crazy shit I gotta do cuz if I stop and think about it...I'll flip out. So its like this...I have to be home from EMT duty by 10. I tell my parents i'll be home between 9:30 and 10, but I'm home by 10:15 and they totally kirk out on me cuz I didnt call to tell them i'd be late or answer my phone (even though i was DRIVING when they called). The next 3 weeks are major crunch time for AP exam studying. I spent the whole day at Barnes and Noble today studying in a corner with Mev and Lida. And all we got through was ONE UNIT...*sigh* When this is over I'm gonna be soooo happy to have my life back! Aite well back to studying and good luck to every1 else goin thru it too.

It's amazing how sometimes I can be surrounded by a whole group of friends and still feel so completely alone. Its like I'm there, but I'm invisible unless I make all the effort for other people to acknowledge me. Sometimes I distance myself just to see if anyone even notices I'm gone. Today I learned that I'm like the definition of TYPE A personality. I try to accomplish too many things, I'm impatient and I'm almost always in a hurry. I always think fast, talk fast, work fast, and thrive on challanges and stress. Today was the first time I have ever seen a serious assembly at our school. Usually everyone just sits there and talks. But this time it was different. I actually saw people cry. Came home from school. Took out the psych book. Accidentally passed out for almost 3 hours. Woke up. Went to Physics tutor. Plan on pulling an all-nighter studying for the AP Psych test. Just a typical day in the life of Junior yr.

EMT duty tonite was really boorring cuz we had a 2 hr meeting and the people incharged just went on and on so it felt like it was going in sloooow motion. Yesterday night was pretty crazy. I went to a bat mitzvah party in Gaitherburg. But then on the way home, there was a huge PIC on Montgomery Village Ave and I couldn't get back to I-270.
