Well, I had my first interview on Friday. It took them about two weeks to get back to me! So I finally went to the dentist, and he said I have eight cavities. EIGHT! I am so pissed off. And before he told me how many I had, he said, I have to ask you one question: "How often do you floss?" All my cavities are where my teeth touch each other. Still not much new. I didn't get the MoS job, but I'm still volunteering there, managing the plants, teaching about butterflies, and keeping the kids' grubby hands off their precious wings. It is HOT here in the summer! And it rains! And it's humid...so humid...and even hotter in the butterfly garden. I'm sweating buckets.

Anyway, the interview went well, it was more like a conversation than an interview, and stress-free. I get along well with Bob, so we'll see.

Last entry, I was heading home from Amherst back to Boston, coming down with a bad cold. I hate head colds, headaches, snot continuously pouring out the nose and down my throat - yech! I'm at my cousin Garrett and Amelia's house. I just decided to up and visit them, and it's been astonishingly great! I'm continuously surprised by how alike Garrett and I are. But now we're going to eat breakfast and go for a hike, so I have to go!

Well, I finally applied to the Museum of Science. It's nice to have done that. Boston has been especially vibrant lately. There are ornamental pears everywhere I hadn't noticed before and they're all bursting into bloom. The bulbs Alex, Herve, and I planted have pushed up through the barren soil of our front lawn.
