Wednesday and I went running 2.5 miles this morning. I'm so pleased my stamina is getting better. That's an acccomplishment for me!

Thanks for your suggestion...will definitely try that! For now, I(Patrícia) have only been doing some exercise at one of those bikes that you can have at home...don't know if you know which ones I'm talking about, as I don't know how to call them in English...sorry :'( Having to be so many times at home, I'm beginning to appreciate to do more exercise since it helps me not feeling that stressed up :)
