Mittens is so CUTE and COZY!!! He is sitting on my lap while I do my homework. Sometimes he will put his paws up on my book and stare into the laptop as if transfixed by my busy fingers and the magically appearing lines. I luv kitties!

Mako and I gave our cat Mittens a bath last night and, as predicted, he went EFFIN' CRAZY! I had on my fleece and two layers of gardening gloves so that I could hold his paws and Mako could rub in the flea shampoo. It went alright until Mittens tried to climb up my arm by his teeth! So I took a pretty spectacular tumble down the wooden stairs at Mako's (while holding breakable objects...which broke) and now I have a baseball sized (and train shaped, interestingly enough) bruise that's a beautiful dark indigo swirl color.
