Well, at duke_flieg's request, I have jumped back in to the Confectionry world - or at least back in to the 15th C. housewife trying to preserve the flavors of fruits...nectarines from my yard and lemons and oranges from maryseabrook's - came out yummy, and I don't even like nectarines
