Dopey just chewed through the yarn for the hat I was working on. I didn't know she was capable of such a thing. Domino it would be expected from, but Dopey...no...

My new glasses make knitting much easier. Instead of moving my head I can just move my eyes because my lenses are so huge.

I got new glasses today.

Step 1: Put your music player on shuffle.
Step 2: Post the first stanza from the first 25 songs that play, no matter how embarrassing.
Step 3: Strike through the songs when someone guesses both artist (or show) and track correctly
Step 4: Tag the people who guess correctly
Step 5: Looking them up on Google or any other search engine is CHEATING

I feel like I'm just places again. It's not real to me that where I am right now is just a vacation spot, and not my home. I live in Boston. Nothing's real anymore. I'm on auto pilot again and I don't mind it, but I have no control over it, which freaks me out ( Read more... )

The sun is coming up.

I have finished unpacking.

I am not sleepy.

Sox is crawling all over me like I'm a playpen and he's a rugrat.

I forgot my retainer.

I'm going to go to bed and read and maybe finish another book because I am not sleepy.

Or I will fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow.

So, flight got delayed about 5 hours, but I'm home now. No one surprised me at the airport again. I'm always baffled by that. This time it's understandable more because of the time I got in, but someone should have been there. Last chance=gone.
