I like geeky comics.

After the untimely death of my computer a couple weeks back, I managed to scrape together enough to order a new one--a lease expired business box that was a pretty good deal, except for being dead on arrival.

The replacement arrived last night, and it seems to work quite well. It's a zippy little monolith with HAL 9000 IBM emblazoned on it.

When an overly-political person tries to threadjack with a whiny insult that compares the "left wing" agenda to the Orcs, diverting the discussion into a debate over the relative merits of the Orcs vs. the Uruk-hai is very useful.

Exposing somebody to the Rocky Horror Picture Show for the first time is -so- much fun.

You know you've got a winning meme on your hands when it spawns its own programming language:

LOLCODE is a lolcat-themed programming language that looks to be a modification of C.

I wouldn't program anything important with it, but it looks like it'd be fun to read the code to a cat.
