LJ is slowly dying it seems. I will really miss this site. It helped me during a dark time. I found a group of people here that brought much joy to my life.

I pray that everyone is safe. That this madness will end soon.

Years ago I had a Dreamwidth account. I have a different email address now and can't access my old account on DW to update it now. So I created a new account as kuda. It seems the world is sliding backwards. Russia is invading a country. The free world is wringing their hands trying to decide what to do. Fifty years ago at 7pm, I was married. My brother's son was born that morning. So I wish Gary a Happy Birthday. And I don't regret my marriage, but am happy I'm not with him anymore. We didn't work well and only hurt each other. I don't hold any hard feelings toward him. He was a Viet Nam vet with lots of issues. His life hasn't been very happy ( Read more... )

Retail is always a challenge, but often amusing. Woman wants to return a box of hair coloring. She has a receipt which I scan to do the return. System says this item is not on this receipt.
