I had a wonderful visit with the doctor/neurospecialist yesterday and we're changing up the game plan on my meds. We're doubling the Effexor, cutting out the Abilify, and adding Xanex when necessary. He also gave me a sleep aid, so that'll help my crankiness from lack of sleep. :D ( Read more... )

I've been cleaning up the apartment a bit, and I'm trying to find my remote to my DVD player, because the universal remote decided to not accept it. o____o; O Poo.
