I’m pleased to say that Christy had a wonderful birthday weekend. Most of it was spent with Christy’s parents who treated us to not only to a lavish room at the Intercontinental Hotel in Buckhead, but also to a sumptuous meal at Dante’s. Last night Christy and I watched the internet drama surrounding Shadow Complex mushroom into something beyond a mere toxic cloud of ‘nuh-uh’s’ and ‘ya-huh’s’. ( The path downward starts here. )

As of my post on June 4th, I've lost 20 lbs.
288 lbs. -> 268 lbs.
