I think you mean the street lights. They are the type that only really light up the ground directly underneath.

yes that's what i mean and here street lights dont do that, so thats what i see sistematicaly in yourphotos that uses to puzles me.end of mistery

And today there is not a cloud in the sky and the sun is blaring down in its autumn glory.

Autumn to us is a hot sun and cold shade. In summer, shade is futile.
