They say in marriage you should give 60%, and take 40%---both of you. While that sounds wise, where does that extra 40% go? Is it effort that is never recognized? Is it love too well veiled to be seen? Does it just happen to include that one thing you put the most thought into? And finally I have to wonder: is it OK to be satisfied with just 40%?
