After weeks of ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRG WHY AREN'T YOU WORKING?!, I've finally gotten the immunostaining to work.  yay me!  Or rather, yay people who did the protocol before me!  On the downside, all the cryostat and dissection work I've done is useless because the tissues weren't fresh frozen.  So...that's basically 20 hours of my life gone.  bleh.

Actually, in that neighborhood, Starbucks is even more omnipresent. I can think of three in spitting distance from my old place and a few more in throwing distance. (Most people can throw farther than they can spit, right?)

Someone said that Victoria's Secret is the Starbucks of lingerie. That sounds fairly accurate =P
