When we read "Last Days of Socrates" at the Rock, there was a moderately amusing exchange I was privy to:

Pablo: Where were you last night? I thought you wanted to play Manhunt.
Mikey: Yeah, I did, but I wasn't done with my Plato yet.
Pablo: Aw crap. Have you gotten through it yet?
Mikey: Yeah, I've finally finished reading the Phaedo...it took him *forever* but Socrates finally died....

Incidentally, Mikey was the kid I used to wake up for class by either pasting him with a snowball or sticking kalamata olives up his nose.
