I am so happy to have a son.  I can just imagine all the fun will we have together in the years to come.  I can be the father I always wanted to have for myself. 

A person's true power comes out

in the event that their survival, or the survival of the ones they love,

is threatened.

It is a frightful and terrible power.  But there is nothing so pure.

It's 2am.

I haven't had a day off in more than a week.  Can't sleep.

I really want to get into good physical shape.

A lot of things are clear to me now.  All I need is a plan.
