I don't know. They don't actually know anything about the world outside the US, though, so maybe they think only Canada has it? My mom tried telling me that people in other countries hate their socialized medicine. Yeah, ok, it worked out SO badly that all the other industrialized nations adopted it. :/

The "people who voted for Obama want stuff" line of rhetoric is particularly ass-chapping when you do a little research and see that the highest percentage of people receiving welfare are in the red states, and they are mostly white.

God, yes. Just like christian states watch more porn than any other part of the country. They have no grasp on actual reality and they're trying to pull the rest of us up to bullshit mountain with them. >.<
