Love the colors. I presume the specs rock too. :)
I realized that having a new bike is kinda like having a new lens. Trying it out is highly dependent on weather, visibility, and yer job.
Are there more spokes on the back wheel because of weight distribution?

I believe it is because the rear wheel gets all the torque from pedaling -- it's pretty standard for the rear to have a higher spoke count.
