Supposedly the most secured prison in the world but still some prisoners managed to escape :X Thanks to riqq who knew that tickets have to be booked 1 week in advance, I managed to get one precious ticket to Alcatraz Island - US Penitentiary.

US San Francisco - Golden Gate Bridge
After Tallahassee, we flew back to Atlanta and then finally to San Francisco where I met up with my friend Riqq. He brought me around the city for a few days of sightseeing. The first and second stop, Golden Gate Bridge and the Palace of Fine Arts respectively.

Tai Chung is a little less urbanised than Taipei but differs too little to be interesting on its own. Instead, we visited the nearby Sun Moon Lake to experience something more rustic and local. The lake itself is located 750m above sea level so imagine Genting but twice as cold and windy.

Now it is SingNet's turn to be Mr Santa to me! As my broadband plan with pacnet is coming to an end this feb, i'm thinking of signing up with singnet prematurely to get a hold of 1 of their promotional gifts - the wii ($65/mth) or the ipod touch ($45/mth). Hmmm..which one is better?
