July Update
It's been a long time since I've done a journal update - more than 7 months. Things have been going quite well, and although I always want to do a journal update so I can look back in time, I never have time to actually sit down and write something. A New Year, a New Beginning
The New Year comes and with that brings many changes. First and foremost, I have completed my education at UCLA. This is the first winter that I am not attending school, and it's quite strange. I am still contemplating whether or not I will obtain my Masters Degree, so I changed my schedule from 30 hours to 40 hours a week at work. Working ( Read more... ) -

Today was an interesting day, I helped management develop ways to train our agents to handle calls and concerns from our customers in regards to our rate increases at the end of this year and beginning of next year. So things have been alright lately.
School: I"m really not enjoying my classes at school. I am done with my major requirements and just need units, so I took whatever made me go only 1 day a week, and they are horrible. Oh well, I can do it, only a few more months until I have my B.A. :)
