Alright, I finally got reassigned to a new case manager on Thursday. She helped me look for some entry-level computer technician (read: helpdesk) jobs and actually spotted a couple that weren't asking for certs or previous experience. One of them was for CyberSolutions, the company I'd already visited to ask about getting IT certifications!
