Last night Braden came in from playing outside around 7:00.  At 8:15 I went to make sure the front door was locked, looked outside, and someone (or something!) had pulled all the plants out of one of my planters. Also...I LOVED being woken up today (5AM) to the sound of THUNDERSTORMS - I have missed that sooo much being in Alaska.  They weren't as loud as I am used to but it was a great way to start the day!

There were protesters on the train platform handing out pamphlets on the evils of America. I politely declined to take one. An elderly woman was behind me getting off the escalator and a young (20ish) female protester offered her a pamphlet, which she politely declined.
