Okay so I deleted Skype and Firefox (with the bookmarks, add-ons, etc) before shutting down my computer for a few minutes. After it start up I notice it was still making the whirling noises and that it kept blinking (stating its being used). Okay, I took darkfoot's advice and defragged. I don't know what it said because it was defragging when I went out with my grandma this morning. Then I did a bunch of stuff with her so I told my brother to shut down my computer. I pulled a stupid and opened like 100 tabs with Firefox add-on, Linky. My laptop froze a bit and my Firefox spazzed. I Ctrl + Alt + Dlt to shut down Firefox. Now Firefox does not want to refresh pages when I a. log in (leaves me in the log in page) and b. doesn't refresh the page after I've just been on there unless I give it a nice F5 refresh, ( Read more... )
