Court date set for 15th Sept (a Monday, 9.45 am!) in Melbourne. Just to be difficult I think. Custody & Property together (saves lawyers fees I hope). X is asking for full custody (but Jan suicide attempt and lack of employment will supposedly make this not happen. Oh gods, how I need that to be true

Sorry if last comment sounded snappy (have been wanting to say so for a while! but headless chicken time up here!) was snappy with self not with your lovely self. Should have/could have done more to make things go better, just not quite altogether at the time.

Hugs. The time is set by the court, and is usually 9.45 or 9.30 depending on type of court. Allow that you may be there all day, and bring a book. Good luck. I may be in Ballarat the week before this. Give me a call if you like.

That's the right word I think 'satisfied'. Trying to keep my expectations reasonable. The good compromise is the one where everyone is a bit put out?
