So, my mother's going in for a biopsy thingy because she's had irregular pap smears for the last six months and hasn't responded to the last three months of treatment. Probable cervical cancer. Court date set for 15th Sept (a Monday, 9.45 am!) in Melbourne. Just to be difficult I think. Custody & Property together (saves lawyers fees I hope). X is asking for full custody (but Jan suicide attempt and lack of employment will supposedly make this not happen. Oh gods, how I need that to be true ( Read more... )
