Camp.  Yep, went to Camp.  Was Staff at Camp.  Camp was Good.  Yeah.  More on that later.

New job.  Third day on new job.  It's pretty good too.  More on this later too (cuz not much to report yet other'n a coupla hunky dorey gents (but WAY too young!!!  Just nice to watch as they pass by my door :)

I have a new job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am really really happy and will be starting June 5th.  I'll be working in McLean to start with, then my office will be moving to the Dulles area probably in the fall.  This is a great step for me career- ( Read more... )

Today, my little boy . . .well, he's not so little any more since he towers over me at 6'1", and he's 18 . . .leaves the nest. Lots of mixed up emotions. Maybe more later.

On another note, things might be looking up for a new/different/better job. The time has come.

I'm taking a moment from the busy crazy tax season stuff to update here so friends will know what's up, etc. I leave tomorrow morning to go visit my sister in New York City. Well, indeed. Ok, for the Ides of March thing. I got mine over with first thing this morning and took a tumble down the stairs and dislocated my shoulder. Ouch.
